There have long been rumors about hidden, mysterious groups and organizations that lie in the shadows and manipulate government and global events by pulling strings and altering the status quo.
Freemasons, the Illuminati, and other mysterious groups have been blamed for a range of worldwide events and for shaping the world as we know it throughout the lengthy history of conspiracy theories.
They occasionally collaborate with global governments, but more frequently operate behind their backs. One of them is a group of persons with extremely high security clearances who are supposed to be working in secret to collect information and proof regarding UFOs and aliens that, if ever exposed, would radically alter the world.
In the UFO business, secret government entities committed to protecting UFO evidence and data are nothing new. Majestic 12, a formidable "black arm" of the government that goes by the moniker MJ-12 and claims to have been in existence since 1947, is perhaps the most well-known. In order to hasten the recovery and study of alien spacecraft, President Harry S. Truman issued an executive order establishing MJ-12. It is a collection of scientists, military commanders, and government officials responsible with guarding UFO-related information so secret that not even the president of the United States knows it exists. Although MJ-12 is frequently referred to be the government's top UFO information control and policy-making entity, operating in complete secret, it is not the only one. A second, and much more sinister, covert agency is claimed to operate behind the scenes of UFO legend. Several UFO conspiracy theories revolve around MJ-12.

In the 1970s, researchers and officials working on various UFO-related subjects allegedly convened to exchange information, coordinate data, and discuss diverse views concerning alien life and spacecraft. Originally, the group appeared to be quite casual; nevertheless, as time passed, it began to organize into a coherent organization with its own identity. The dozen or so members of this secret organization utilized bird names as code names, hence the moniker "The Aviary." The list of claimed members resembles a "who's who" of security-cleared military personnel, researchers, and UFO experts.
The suspected Aviary members were:
Former chief of the CIA's UFO files, Dr. Christopher "Kit" Green, MD, Ph.D., Biomedical Sciences Department, General Motors. His nom de code était "Blue Jay." Former CIA Deputy Director for the Division of Science and Technology, Ron Pandolfi. His alias was "Pelican." Bruce Maccabee, Ph.D., is a research scientist in optical physics and laser weapons applications at the United States Navy Surface Weapons Lab in Maryland, as well as a frequent contributor of allegedly secret official UFO material. His nom de code était "Sea Gull." Hal Puthoff is an Institute for Advanced Research physicist in Austin, Texas. His alias was "Owl." John Alexander, Ph.D. in Death Sciences; Lt. Col., U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command; and director of the Los Alamos National Laboratory's Non-Lethal Weapons Section. His nom de code était "Penguin." Cmdr. C.B. Scott Jones, Ph.D., was a former officer with the Office of Naval Intelligence and other agencies, as well as an outstanding researcher for the Defense Nuclear Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, and other organizations. He was known by the codename "Chickadee." Former astronomer and renowned UFO researcher Jacques Vallee, Ph.D. His nom de code était "Parrot." Captain Bob Collins, retired from the United States Air Force; Special Agent, Air Force Office of Special Investigations. His alias was "Condor." Special Agent, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Sgt. Richard "Dick" Doty, USAF (Retired). His alias was "Falcon." Ernie Kellerstrauss, who worked at Wright-Patterson AFB in the 1970s and purportedly had access to classified UFO data, went by the pseudonym "Hawk." Dale Graff is an expert in UFO-related technology who allegedly studies ESP for the "military" UFO Working Group at Los Alamos National Laboratory. His designation was "Harrier"
The lineup of civilian UFO researchers, contacts, and disinformation experts concludes with "Chicken Little," "Buzzard," "Nightingale," and "Woodpecker," who happens to be Hollywood producer Jaime Shandera.
Aviary is collecting this top-secret material with the specific aim of releasing it to the public, which is at odds with MJ-12's strict attitude to secrecy and has reportedly generated disagreement between the two organizations. Supposedly, members of each group are always attempting to infiltrate the other. According to reports, members of the Aviary dispute on how to handle their information, with some believing it should be shared with the public and others preferring to keep it secret as a "trump card." Apparently, this has produced a schism inside the Aviary organization.
According to unconfirmed claims from individuals close to some Aviary members, there is a schism inside the band, which may parallel a schism within MJ-12. On one side are Aviary members who believe that UFO and extraterrestrial contact information should be widely shared. They believe that the public is prepared for and can normally handle this knowledge. Some inside the Aviary oppose such a revelation. They do not like to lose the power that their "information monopoly" provides. They do not like a detailed public examination of their participation in the UFO cover-up. Moreover, some have allegedly engaged in unlawful and occasionally harmful initiatives and operations. As some want to impose disclosure and develop a track record of (belated) transparency with the American people, the rift over disclosure is fostering an environment in which leaks are rising. The majority of Aviary members appear to be well-intentioned academics or former military or intelligence professionals whose careers spanned the Cold War, who honestly feel that UFO secrecy was once crucial.
Richard J. Boylan, Ph.D., is a UFO researcher.
If true, the information that the Aviary is reported to have access to is pretty astounding, including hard, indisputable proof of UFO crashes and both living and dead aliens. The "Yellow Book" is a tangible record of contacts with EBE-1, an alien entity retrieved by MJ-12 after a crash and held in custody. Apparently, they have access to this paper. The Yellow Book's contents are supposed to be kept on a holographic compact disk that may be displayed as holograms.
They apparently possess something called the "Red Book," which is supposed to be "a human compilation of alien information." It is rumored to include forecasts regarding world events, calamities, environmental disasters, and several astounding disclosures from the previous decades. This is when the narrative runs off the rails, since it appears that these volumes also include information on biblical-sounding predictions.
The red and yellow books are rumored to contain a prophecy that just one "Horseman of the Apocalypse" remains to appear. (The other three, War, Hunger, and Plague, have already manifested on Earth.) The last Horseman is the White Rider with the Crown, which represents the Second Coming. This generates significant issues and questions inside the Aviary. Does this imply that an official ET arrival in 1997 would be the Second Coming of Christ? Will extraterrestrials possess Christ-consciousness? Would conservative Christians oppose extraterrestrials as alleged challenges to Christ's preeminence? Et cetera.
The Aviary are particularly afraid that conservative Christians may face spiritual, if not ontological, shock at the disclosure of extraterrestrial visitation and the contents of the Red and Yellow Books, which allegedly include evidence that Jesus had a relationship with extraterrestrials. BT claims that a European television network revealed that Vatican specialists on the Fatima Prophecies briefed government leaders from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and the United States on the third remaining publicly unannounced Prophecy. This Prophecy is supposed to involve an Extraterrestrial Visit. A Vatican spokesperson allegedly acknowledged that such a briefing occurred. Some members of the Aviary are afraid that the theological and religious societal repercussions of open alien encounter may be the most severe.

Is this a fake, or is there more to this story? There are also reports that the Aviary has access to extraterrestrial relics and maintains frequent contact with aliens, meeting with them and serving as Earth's emissary and a bridge between species. In the end, the author portrays a picture of a very bizarre secret society that rises into the stratosphere. Who is the Aviary, and what knowledge does it contain, is a question on the minds of inquiring minds. The dilemma is whether they would choose to push for the evidence's release or keep it hidden. Do they even have a chance of existing? It's difficult to know for certain, and it's just another bizarre story in the UFO and secret society archives.
